Jolly Ann - HR Interview Questions [NOT FOR APPLICANTS, BUT FOR CotB+]
[THEY MUST HAVE 3 RECOMMENDATIONS]
1 From a Co Founder and 2 from existing HR's

Hello, here are some questions you should ask the Applicant [In this case, someone who is right below HR]
Please remember:
They must use grammar
You must record the interview as standard procedure, in case they get demoted or we need to see why they got promoted.
Please keep things as realistic as possible, do as you would do in a real interview.

1.) What rank do you want? [Max to advance up is 1]
2.) Why do you want to have this rank? Is it because you want to have power or any other reason?
3.) Who has recommended you? [We will promote you if you have passed when we get the recommendations]
4.) Why do you think they recommended you?
5.) Did they encourage you to run for HR or did you take it upon yourself because you thought it was time?
6.) How long have you been in the group for?
7.) If you got this rank, how would you improve yourself to get up to the standards we expect from it?
8.) Do you have a role model within the group? If so, who? Do you want to be like them?
9.) How active will you be? If you are inactive will you state why and how long for?
10.) How will you devote yourself to the group? Would you give up your time with other groups to be with Jolly Ann?
11.) What would you do if you saw somebody admin abusing? Please be specific because every detail affects if you pass or fail.
12.) Would you stand by and let someone higher in position than you bully someone/you or admin abuse?
13.) How/When and what should you do if you are making a message (m) or a Server Announcement (sm) during a play session?
14.) Should you perform any commands on people without their consent? Please state why you should or shouldn't do this.
15.) What should you do if you see any provoking or harsh behavior towards you or someone else? If you were to use commands on them, please state which ones.
16.) Do you have an account on the Jolly Ann site? If not, it is recommended you make one so you can get in touch with other HR's / Members quicker.
17.) When should you give up? ->
18.) Why is it important to record things?
19.) How much of an impact would you make on Jolly Ann if you got this rank?
20.) What should you always do when talking to customers?
